Please be patient while I try and get the place moving--websites and their related content do not, I've discovered, simply spring into being fully formed like something from the head of Zeus. Somebody actually has to write all that content, and that somebody appears to be me. I'm also designing the thing myself and, as I've said before, as a visual artist I make a pretty good writer.

                                   ANNOUNCEMENT RE: DEMON INSIDE RELEASE

I have been the lucky recipient, over the last few months, of many emails and blog comments regarding the release date of the second Megan Chase book, DEMON INSIDE. (I say "lucky" and mean it; it's amazing to me that people actually care! Thank you, each and every one of you, from the bottom of my heart.)

As some or most or all or none of you know, DEMON INSIDE was originally scheduled to be a Jan 2009 release. And as you may have noticed, it is not.

I am very pleased to be able to announce that a release date has been set for DEMON INSIDE:

July 28, 2009!

Even more exciting is the reason for the delay. As of January 1st, 2009, Juno Books has entered into a co-publishing agreement with Pocket Books, making Juno an imprint of Pocket. Thus, DEMON INSIDE is a Pocket book!

It is available for Preorder now!

I still do apologize very sincerely to each and every one of you for the delay. Please be assured that if there was any way to avoid it, we would have done so. I hate things being late and delayed, especially books, and I'm really sorry. I just hope that you'll be pleased--DEMON INSIDE should be easier to find, with a much "harder" release date, which I'm hoping will make up for some of it. And of course I hope you'll forgive me, and that you'll still be willing to read DEMON INSIDE when it does appear on the shelves.

And of course, that you'll enjoy it when it does.
